Dr. Elouise Barksdale opened the office for adults who pay for their own dental care: people who are self-employed, run a small business, work part time or have a plan that doesn't cover dental. Without insurance forms the visit is simpler. You hear what is wrong, what the options are and what each costs, and then you decide.
